Real Estate Lawyer (for Each Party) is then required
The lawyer will:
Review the purchase and sale agreement
Conduct a title search
Handle funds in trust
Register the property transfer
Prepare closing documents

Deposit of 5% to be placed into Lawyer’s trust fund until closing date
